We process personal data only where there is an applicable legal basis or other lawful justification under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and other applicable law. Depending on the activity, this may include performing or taking steps toward a contract with you, complying with a legal obligation, protecting legitimate interests where permitted, responding to a request, or obtaining consent where consent is required.
Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawfully carried out before withdrawal.

We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including completing transactions, providing customer service, resolving disputes, maintaining business and accounting records, preventing fraud and complying with legal obligations.
When personal data is no longer required, we will delete, anonymise or securely dispose of it where appropriate and subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
