RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our online store and delivered within the United Arab Emirates.

This policy operates subject to applicable UAE consumer-protection and e-commerce laws. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

Change-of-Mind Returns

For eligible products, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.

·       The product must generally be unused and in its original condition.

·       Original packaging, accessories, manuals and supplied items should be returned where reasonably applicable.

·       The product must not be damaged through misuse, improper installation or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it.

For hygiene-sensitive, consumable, personalised, customised or otherwise legally excluded products, change-of-mind returns may not be available where applicable law permits such exclusion. This does not affect statutory rights for defective, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives defective, damaged, incomplete, materially different from its description, or otherwise does not conform to the agreed specifications, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable UAE law, which may include repair, replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

For a valid return caused by a defect, damage, incorrect item or failure to conform to the advertised description/specifications, we will not unfairly transfer the cost of correcting our error to the customer. For an eligible change-of-mind return, the customer may be responsible for reasonable return-delivery costs where clearly disclosed and legally permitted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method unless another method is agreed or required by law. Applicable VAT treatment will be reflected in the refund.

Digital Products — UAE HR Starter Pack

The Product is a digital download containing editable Microsoft Word and Excel templates. No physical item will be delivered. Files are provided through a download link following payment.

Due to the digital nature of the Product, sales are generally final once the files have been successfully delivered or downloaded. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to review the product description before purchasing, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

If your files are corrupted, incomplete, inaccessible due to a file defect, or materially different from the advertised description, please contact support@aymora.ae. We recommend contacting us within seven days of purchase to help us resolve the issue promptly.

Please include your order number and a brief description of the problem. We will assess the issue and, as appropriate, provide a corrected file, replacement download, or another remedy, including a refund where required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, included files, stated formats, and software compatibility before purchasing. If you experience technical difficulties, please contact us for assistance.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
