Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver orders within the United Arab Emirates, subject to courier coverage and applicable delivery restrictions.

Orders are fulfilled through our UAE-based fulfilment and logistics partners. Depending on the product and delivery location, your order may be dispatched from a local fulfilment facility operated by our authorised supplier or fulfilment partner.

Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, weather, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed to you before checkout. We will not impose additional logistics charges that were not disclosed at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and contact information. If incorrect or incomplete information prevents delivery, additional delivery arrangements may be required.

Where applicable UAE law provides the customer with a right to cancel, return, replace or receive a refund due to a delivery failure, material delay, or other qualifying circumstance, we will handle the request in accordance with applicable UAE law.
